Website Product Attachments | Product Manuals, Specifications & Downloadable Files provides a professional way to publish product-related documents directly on website product pages. Businesses can upload manuals, specifications, warranty documents, notices, technical files, images, and other downloadable resources while organizing them into configurable attachment categories. Central Product Attachment Configuration
Administrators can enable or disable the complete Website Product Attachments functionality from the centralized INKERP settings area. The configuration keeps attachment functionality under administrative control without requiring changes to website templates. When disabled, product attachment sections and downloads are no longer made available through the website.
Visitor Access Control
The Allowed Users setting provides separate access options for All Users and Logged In Users. Businesses can publish public product documents for every website visitor or reserve sensitive manuals and supporting files for authenticated customers.
Product Attachment Categories
Attachment Categories provide a structured way to organize files such as Specifications, Notices, Manuals, Warranty Documents, and other document types. Categories support sequence control, active status, descriptions, and optional website assignment for multi-website environments.
Direct Download from Product Page
Each published attachment includes a dedicated download control directly inside the product page attachment section. Customers can access the required manual, specification, notice, or supporting file without navigating to another document library.

1.) Configure Website Product Attachment Access :
Enable Website Product Attachments from the centralized application settings and select who is allowed to access published files. Choose All Users when documents should be available to public visitors, or Logged In Users when attachments should only be accessible after authentication. The selected access rule controls both frontend visibility and actual file downloads. This is Enabled automatically when install the app but disable this is responsible to stop the functionality of the Module.

2.) Manage Attachment Categories :
Create and maintain reusable categories for different types of product documentation such as Specifications, Notices, Manuals, and Warranty Documents. Categories can be activated or deactivated and can optionally be assigned to a particular website in a multi-website environment. These categories are later used to organize product files and generate website filtering options.

3.) Add Attachments to Products :
Open a product and use the Website Attachments tab to upload and manage all files associated with that product. Multiple attachments can be added to the same product and independently published or hidden.

4.) Display Downloadable Product Files on the Website :
Published attachments appear inside a dedicated Product Attachments section on the product page with the total number of available files. Customers can filter documents using categories such as Notice and Specification, view file names and supporting information, and download individual resources directly. Only files that satisfy the configured publication, activity, website, and visitor-access rules are displayed.
