1) Settings View
To use the lock and unlock record feature, enable the option 'Allow to Lock or Unlock Record' in the user settings.
Navigation : Settings → Users
2) Select Multiple or Single Record In List View
Easily lock or unlock multiple records directly from the list view. Users can select multiple records at once to lock or unlock them.
3) List View
Locked records are clearly marked in the list view, making it easy for users to identify them at a glance
4) Form View
Users can lock or unlock records directly from the form view with ease.
5) User Error Message View
Locked records cannot be edited or deleted, ensuring complete protection of your important data. If you try to perform any action on a locked record such as editing, deleting the system will display a warning message.
6) Locked Record Menu
This menu is accessible to users when Developer Mode is enabled.
7) Locked Records List View
User can view a complete list of all locked records directly from the settings menu.
